Eagles Meeting
A Bible Study for men who can get together to talk and explore various books from the Bible, as well as discussing spiritual and theological topics. The Eagles Meeting is fellowship for men to be able to grow and learn from one another, encouraging individual and communal growth towards Christ. Every Monday from 8PM |
Book Club with Tasoni
Tasoni’s Book Club is specifically for women who come together to read and discuss a few chapters from a book each week. The topics covered in this book club can range from reading a spiritual book to reflect upon together, or an orthodox book to learn and grow from. Every Monday from 8:00PM |

Contemplative Bible Study
A journey through the Bible for both newcomers to the Church and those wishing to have a deeper and more enriching understanding of our Holy Scripture. Under the wit and wisdom of our Deacon Karas and Deacon Ignatius who alternate each week in leading the discussion, this Bible study is a beautiful addition to elevate your spiritual life! Arabic Meeting
Lead by the amazing Father Daniel, we pray the 11th Hour Prayer from the Agpia as well as listening to hymns and going through the daily Bible reading! Father Daniel also leads a short talk and discussion in Arabic for those whose first language might not be English - or simply wish to improve their Arabic skills. Every Wednesday from 7PM |
Discipleship
A specially designed program arranged to prepare servants who wish to start serving in the Church. These services can include Sunday school, mission and outreach, youth ministry and many other services. Every week a guest speaker comes to give a talk on a topic such church history, dogma and tradition, apologetics, comparative theologies, psychology and missiology. Every Wednesday from 7:30PM |

St Sophia’s Pre Sunday School
St Sophia’s is a service dedicated to our babies and toddlers, from birth to three years old and their parents. We aim to support parents to give our smallest children an early taste of Christ’s love for them, inviting both parents and babies to participate wholeheartedly in the life of the church and fellowship with each other. When we can meet in person, we provide 5-minute Sunday School on Sundays following the second liturgy, and a monthly St Sophia’s children’s liturgy. Currently, we hold a weekly online Saint Sophia’s Singalong for mums/dads and little ones where we connect and share age-appropriate songs, prayers and stories. Hymns Classes Beginner and intermediate level
Fun and interactive Coptic Orthodox Hymns class. Our talented instructors will guide you through each hymn and season, teaching you how to sing with joy and reverence. Explore the rich history and spiritual significance behind these beautiful hymns as you develop your vocal skills and unlock your musical potential. With engaging activities, games, and group exercises, learning hymns has never been so much fun! Ladies Bible Study
A Bible Study just for the ladies as women of the congregation gather together to not only discuss the Bible and spiritual topics such as Orthodoxy, but also motherhood and parenting. This fellowship also includes outings every few months as ladies have spiritual days where they can learn from one other and encourage communal/individual growth. Every Saturday from 5PM |
Sunday School
A specially designed sunday school curriculum helps you guide preschool through year 12 young christians to new discoveries about God, creating a firm and comprehensive foundation of faith to last a lifetime. Youth Meeting
St John’s Beloved Youth are for young adults who have finished high school/Sunday school and are looking for the next step in their relationship with Christ. Every week, the youth gather to discuss topics ranging from church theology to contemporary issues in today’s society. Under God’s grace, the youth also gather for fellowship, outings and mission fundraising. Every Saturday from 7PM |
